in the future we could be turning to DNA for storage instead and possibly have DNA vaults since they have so much more storage capacity than current technology. scientists have already been able to store The Horse in Motion in bacteria and then replay it with pretty decent quality.

wow i recently realised that in scans of cells etc - the cells aren't colourful themselves but it's the process of the fluorescent dyes they use to see the results...

i relate it a lot to going to the airport. youre in a public area, its loud, lots of things are going on, possibly expensive.
