they're very bad this year, i can barely go outside for a prolonged period of time. been taking allegra as well as using an inhaler and nasal spray. i have a doctor's appointment soon but i just wanna go outside and see everything bloom. does any1 possibly have recs on anything that may help ?

it’s 1:30 am i just took two knockoff benadryls and ate three pieces of week old key lime pie in the dark after sneezing in groups of fours for an hour and having snot pour out of me. sorry but i’m suffering. where are my seasonal

i can’t breathe out of one of my nostrils and it stings and my eyes burn and my throat hurts and i can’t stop sneezing. i love spring tho

I gotta say, these allergies have me in a CHOKEHOLD. But in spirit of trying to see the 'glass half full' type shit, having allergies is actually making me feel a little high. It's a natural high! I can't remember anything that happened last night, why? Because the allergies have literally taken over my brain! It's a weird state to be in; if you have friends that are STRUGGLING right now, be nice to them, we're just trying to survive out there.
