I just made this fried rice recipe because itβs one of my favorite things to order at thai restaurants and I had a ton of basil left over from the Union Square farmers market last week. Made it with a crispy chicken cutlet because a lot of spots when I would get Thai a lot living in Boston would have it as an option.
Probably was one of the best things Iβve cooked for myself in a while. If fried rice is something you make for yourself a lot, I highly suggest switching it up with a different recipe.
