How have they done this? I tried the Garlic and Sea Salt and it got me almost eating the whole bag. It ends a paragraph on the back of the bag with âbe forewarned- theyâre addictive!!â (two exclamation points). They also come in âspicyâ âmedium spicyâ and âclassicâ. I usually get garlic sea salt and may have tried spicy too. I highly recommend.
I perceive the texture as having a delicate crunch, and the taste as a nice balance of garlic and not too salty, with a tangy injera signature flavor that is unbeatable.
I put a chipmunk up top because I was looking for chips and that came up so I was like âwow Iâm like the lil chipmunk eating chipsâ. The chipmunk is eating in the emoji, but looks like itâs a nut and not chips. Just kind of trying to do something with the word âchipâ there.

I've never been one to watch my seed oil consumption, but these chips are insane. They're so good with salsa and guac but truly can crush a bag plain.
They're randomly sort of like Hestia cigs, have become "right wing coded," probably bc of the lack of seed oil. My friend was given a huge box to promote at his parties and I can't stop stealing them. Now i buy them at erewhon like a little bitch!

I actually like the regular Corn Chips version even moreâ theyâre like really good Fritos (already good). These HOT ones are a nice change though, they are pretty spicy for a chip but donât taste as cancerous as a Takis

Corn chips salted/seasoned with soy sauce. Seriously so good, complete chip game changer for me. + they come in a cute little bag. I get mine at sprouts but I used to get them from Whole Foods when I lived close to one. Probs avail @ most natural grocers.

Itâs nice to let the afternoon sun come in while you relax in a soothing salt bath, maybe some essential oils, a lil masque. A little diffuse sunlight makes it nice.

The other night I fell asleep on the couch around 10:00 pm watching Joseph Campbellâs Mythos I. I woke up around 4:30 am, washed my face and brushed my teeth.
This invigorated me to the point that I basically wasnât falling back asleep, so I ended up looking up different brands of finishing salts for two hours in bed.
Fleur De Sel and Maldon Sea Salts are not salts that you want to cook with, but that you want to sprinkle atop things as âfinishing saltsâ.
In my research I discovered that GuĂ©rande or Camargue fleur de sels are top brands to use. And with Maldon, the brand just called Maldon. I have Maldon sea salts and also Sal de Ibiza fleur de sel which is really good. It comes in a ceramic pot with a little spoon. I recommend both and you donât need a lot, a little goes a long way.

Vegetables.
Pastas.
Meats if you do that.
Watermelon or mango.
A chocolate chip cookie, fresh from the oven, topped with Maldon sea salt. I linked Alison Romanâs recipe above for Salted Butter and Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookies above. Warning: these cookies may horn you for life, and cause you to eat many. If you give them to people theyâll keep asking you to make them over and over again. Perfect trifecta of sweet but not too sweet, savory, and salty.
A little toast with mashed avocado, sliced tomate, Maldon sea salt or fleur de sel on top. Can also serve with scrambled egg on the side with some Green Pepper Cholula on top (green flame emoji).
A warm blueberry muffin, or toasted croissant (I pronounce this with an audible ârâ) cut in half, some vegan (Miyokoâs, Earth Balance Soy Free) or whatever other (Kerrygold) butter melted in the middle, and a little fleur de sel or Maldon sea salt.
