One of the downsides of going to therapy for 3 years now is that I have tools to cope instead of just crashing out. I feel like I need a good crash out. as a treat.
I can genuinely notice myself become unhealthier as things continue without therapy. GAWDDAMNIT! I ghosted my old therapist on impulse, i would rec against that.
