If you’re anything like me, it eats me inside when I have so many things planned out for my day, I write it out in my journal, I’m like yeah I think an hour to clean the whole house makes sense. But sometimes time slips away from us here and there and maybe you undershot how much time things would actually take and there are only so many hours in a day. Sometimes you gotta take a step back and breathe, I always think back to this one quote from Atomic Habits by James Clear, “never miss twice”. It’s ok to miss a day if you’re trying to get into a new habit or you meant to finish that pesky thing that you never got around to, the key is to just pick it back up the next and you’ll find your footing again. That’s what builds momentum and gets you into the swing of things again. Ok bye love u, ur doing great sweetie 💗 (me to me 🙂‍↔️)

You should just try a little harder at being better at everything that you do, even if it is to rest. I don’t rest often, but once I find some balance I will.

I REALLY did not want to workout today, but feel AMAZING after making myself do it anyway. If you learn to do that, you take control rather then waiting on motivation. So in case you needed to hear it today, just go and do the thing. You got this
