Be self sufficient and ok to be on your own

Believe in the idea that nobody is coming to ”save” you or present you with the perfect opportunity. It’s up to you to make it happen, whatever it is you want. If you can get other people to help you, great, even better in some cases, but ultimately you are more capable than you think. If you simply make up your mind to do something, that itself can be the hardest part sometimes.

EMOTIONAL CRISIS IN THE GROCERY STORE

Red eyed, puffy faced, tear stained sleeves. But the nice man who works at the grocery store is giving out watermelon samples and they taste sweeter than they ever have before. The raspberries are buy 2 for $5, but only buy one. Keep the receipt. Walk and smell the boxes and tins and the perfumes of the mothers passing by. You'll remember who you are soon.

FALL IN LOVE BUT FEEL IT

Not rly a rec I just have no one to tell. I found the person I’m spending the rest of my life with, I thought I had fallen in love before but this is something entirely different. It feels like I’ve come home.
