uncomfortable theater

It's fun to go see something on stage that makes people squirm a lil bit in their seats. Between Two Knees at PAC was very funny and silly and powerful all at once. Go see it!

CONNECTING TO THE WORLD THROUGH YOUR CRAFT and letting your community envelope you with love

performed on stage tonight for the first time in 14 months with the coziest and kindest little theatre company and my dearest of friends in the audience. one night only (really 12 hours including tech + dress rehearsal) and yet the evening will probably sustain me through the rest of these winter days. London!! I love you sometimes.

Walking, therapy, and yoga also outpaced SSRIs. and if you're saying 'oh this was probably funded by Big Dance', there's no evidence of that and if you're saying 'that's just what a Big Dance shill would say', well honey you're right
