Donāt have to buy a digicam or take a picture. I am sure a mental note could work too (or drawing or actually writing things down).
Itās just a little practice in acknowledging the beauty in all the āregularā things around you.
Appreciate the not-so-obvious ethereal, enigmatic, enchanting, or whatever around you.
This isnāt a new idea and, previously, I thought doing this was bullshit.
Yes, this is all an excuse to show my photos too, but I swear increased attunement does wonders.
