@EZRAFINN you have to enter a mind palace. I started habit tracking - so if I wake up on the first alarm I can check a box on my habit tracker - makes it seem more official and I believe this helps!
get you some app-operated light bulbs and set them to fade on instead of a noise alarm, or wake up with the sunrise.
