I was always told that if I donāt have anything nice to say I shouldnāt say anything at all but I think it should be officially recommended that if you do have something nice to say, say it! A heartfelt compliment that is in your brain will cost you nothing to give the person to whom itās due and might change their day for the better! Take notice of others and be specific with your kindness. Such an easy way to make yourself a happier person!
this sort of feels like a silly āskillā to be working on but it can be very scary to work up the courage to compliment a stranger! yet it usually ends up creating a really nice moment for both parties involved. every compliment doled out is a little win in my book
