like today i'm painting my nails so that i'll be able to enjoy my cute nails all week and people in the office will see them. so it gives me a reason to look forward to going to work instead of dreading it
it makes me feel like iβm taking care of myself (even when iβm not). and it saves me money. just did a fresh coat, and now iβm schedule sending a million emails while they dry. so itβs also holding me accountable
Itβs a little thing that makes me feel put together and since itβs not something I have to do for hygiene purposes it feels extra special. And having to sit to wait for them to dry really makes me slow down.
i will never get over polyvore shutting down. i used it obsessively and had hundreds of outfits made on it and mine were ARTFUL not like the stuff people say they saw on wattpad with like skinny jeans and converse and shit like mine were gorgeous. and then they shut down and i wasn't able to back up any of my stuff so i lost it all. HEARTBREAKINGGGGG
