Maybe this is kinda silly but I work blue collar and after a long shift I love to do stretches and random yoga I feel like it’s made my body much less sore and leaves me feeling looser the next day. never watched a video tutorial or know like actual poses I really just feel out the vibe for the day n do random stuff 10/10 recommend.
I’m so stiff bodied. I’m no gym rat, but I felt motivated today cause of how much I hate my body shape and how out of shape I am LOL. 2000s dance workout was so fun even though I felt silly doing it at times and yoga to end it just felt relaxing and right. Here’s to making this a habit !
It’s so yummy delicious to stretch your body in all sorts of poses and directions, let your thoughts gradually fade away as you gain more focus on your body, become aware of every inch of it… perfect way to end a day if you ask me :)
Anything by Camus is a banger but the stranger was the first book I read by him. Def recommend as it gives a good look into absurdism and the social contracts we play into.
If I’d recommend any book to someone it will always be this one. James Baldwin writing is so profound the emotional impact this book had me is so deep. Especially if you are a queer man the themes hit deep (although anybody could definitely relate in some way to it). Short read I definitely recommend everybody check it out
i think bugs are so cool especially under a magnifying glass or something. my favorite bug is a stink bug because i think they look silly and it makes me feel bad when they get stuck on their backs. i think praying mantis’ are also super cool have you guys ever seen the little dance they do for defense??? man i love bugs
