Rec'd on 📖 6/11: ONE (1) OF YOUR FAVORITE BOOKS

Super famous but genuinely the only book I’ve ever read that I had to create a boundary for (no reading at night) because I would get so encapsulated into the book and have nightmares. My heart would be thumping and everything reading this one. Not for the faint of heart 🥲 I’m on a King reading spree this year and it’s still my fav.

just finished Carrie and now am a third through the shining with misery, it and joyland lined up for afterwards but I’ve never been so captivated by any books I love reading but could never just sit and read for hours on end but these are so entertaining and descriptive and fun that it’s just the most I’ve ever enjoyed reading and I’m blowing through these books

Basic pick maybe but reading Carrie is what got me back into reading this year and honestly I never knew reading could be so fun, reading 11/22/63 right now and it’s long but I’m blowing through it because its a genuinely unbelievable book and the writing is so good Masterpiece I might say?
