i thought i hated yogurt. i thought the only kind i really liked was those gogurts in the spongebob branded tubes. but i googled yogurts that tasted like gogurt and was told to give the yoplait a shot. and i love it. strawberry banana is my favorite. and one of my favorite spoons is clean. YAYYYYY

It always comes back to some kind of yogurt for me. The chobani greek yogurt drinks are my favorite (they have ones with extra protein if you need something even more filling). I also have cycled through chobani flips, the regular fruit flavored greek yogurts with granola on top, peach yoplait, even gogurts at a dire time. I don't love the tartness and texture of greek yogurt but it tends to be much higher in protein than the regular ones. If it's particularly bothering me some morning I'll mix in a spoon of half and half or whatever creamer I have on hand and it really helps with both. But yet another reason why I prefer the drinks. Warm peanut butter toast is another go to, someone else recced already but I'd like to second. Or toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. I am now realizing that none of these fit the requirements you've outlined. My apologies.

With bits in. NOT the thick kind, because that’s disgusting. Also they’ve got to be fruity, don’t bring me vanilla or chocolate when I ask for a yoghurt!! I feel at my most healthy and feminine and elegant when eating Onken Raspberry Yoghurt straight from the pot with the biggest spoon I can get my hands on, sat on the floor outside. Look at me having one of my five-a-day!! If I’m going to be extra aesthetic then I eat it out of my little scalloped IKEA bowl (what’s the difference between a bowl and a dish?) with a spoon I stole from an AirBnB in Croatia and split the Yoghurt over two portions (it’s giving self discipline). Summary: I love Yoghurt, and you should too.

BIG yogurt renaissance to kickoff 2025. I’m eating like three or four a day. yogurt can be controversial because many yogurts have tons of added sugar and very little protein. but I think there’s a balance to be struck here. I’ll eat high-protein low-sugar yogurts because they’re scrumptious and good for you. but I’ll also have a low-protein high-sugar yogurt almost as a dessert. a great sweet treat and for about a dollar a pop, very cost effective. my favorite ā€œdessert yogurtā€ is these Chobani Flips. part of the container is yogurt. the other part is a smaller container with toppings, that you ā€œflipā€ over into the yogurt!! hence the name. how wonderful. I enjoy the key lime pie one and the peanut butter cup one. for healthy yogurt, I eat oikos triple zero. I love yogurt. I hadn’t eaten it in a very long time but the past week has been a yogurt filled adventure. for some added wonder, consider reading the wikipedia page for ā€œyogurtā€ while you eat your treat!!!!
