i always get my steps in and sometimes i do walk with a little pace. but mostly what i like is picking a direction and then kind of ambling around. looking a bit.

walk at the speed of awe and reminiscence

I used to be a fast walker. Now I'm no faster than a snail (well unless I'm rushing off somewhere)! I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to spot rainbows or cloud formations or some odd little guy walking past my feet (a strange bug) or flowers vying to be noticed. lol

DOING A CARTWHEEL TO PROVE YOU STILL CAN!!

I tore a bunch of ankle ligaments doing a roundoff (not my fault I stg it was the wet grass) 2 yrs ago and like a traumatised dog I’ve avoided throwing myself into the air since, even tho it’s so fun. the other day I was at an oval and thought well!!! I may as well!! and I threw a textbook perfect cartwheel. felt incredible. still riding that high. probably should’ve stretched but I will next time <3
