Looks more complicated than it is. Make a batter with oat milk, flour, starch and spicy sauce. I rolled these in breadcrumbs but there's no need. Then just put them in the oven. Extremely delicious

with a wet of eggs (or corn starch and water for vegans) and a dry batter of flower, a bit of baking soda, and spices of garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Don't even bother coating every piece, just mix the wet with the cauliflower until evenly coated and then slowly mix in the dry until well mixed. Baked at 425 until golden. served with any sauce, but I like hot sauce.
