a documentary directed by jennefer vendetti in 2007, Centered around autistic teenager “billy,” who lives in Maine with his sweet mother. No film captures the beauty and tragedy of being a weird Kid as well as this - and the filmmaking is perfect. I have no idea why no one has seen it because anyone would love it. You’ll laugh and cry Guarantee. Watch it tn

I'm not really a documentary person but this one is like a visual collage. It's made up from actual historic footage and reshoots with an incredible score. It's the history of teenagers in the US, England, and Germany but it's also about the way young people are shaped by war and industrialization. It's so compelling it goes by super fast, can't recommend enough.

I really enjoyed this doc - half for the visual inspo and half for the stories told. The legend Bud Force co-directed/produced, and directed photography here and you can see it. There are sweeping landscapes filled with galloping horses, intimate stories of families living 3 hours from the nearest grocery stores to work on the ranch, animal births & bites, and everything in-between. Watch this for a true peek into cowboy living that you don’t see much of today.

U can sit in the hottest sauna in the city then go smoke a nice cigarette (or joint if u smoke kush) and wash it all down with a nice foreign beer and hot borscht soup. cold plunge smells a lil funky but it's worth it

Corto is a coffee shop in Bed-Stuy and my go to if I’m in the area. I do a lot of work there and they now stay open a little later and started serving wine and “small bites”. They have the best Fococcia I’ve ever had in my life and subsequently some of the best sandwiches. Fair warning - it is $15 bucks for something that will not fill you up - but it’s totally worth it. Their backyard is perfect and isn't one of those places that has the annoying ass “NO LAPTOPS ALLOWED” sign at the front. (Ok they do have it but that’s just for weekends)

It is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in the city. It’s an italian place in the west village on Christopher Street and truly only one of the places where you don’t feel like you just got ripped off leaving. The spinach gorgonzola gnocchi goes crazy, The chicken milanese is fantastic and definitely get the grilled squid if you’re into those sort of things.
