the last few months, i have been buying a portion of premade meat or cooking something like chicken and cutting it up to eat it as a snack, a meal, or to add to something. when im super lazy i bust out a portion of it. get a helping of protein that will satiate you for a good amount of time.
for example, the current one in my fridge is the premade pork carnitas from aldi (about 3 portions)
