Delicious mornings!!!

got up this morning, went on a run outside (first one since February!), made some breakfast (everything bagel w veggie cream cheese + smoked gouda chicken sausage, coffee cake muffin, iced vanilla oat milk latte, water), now im changed into clean clothes and sitting down to eat it with a home renovation youtube video 🤸 this morning has been all my favorite things!!! highly recommend. think im gonna hit a little Sunday reset after this to keep the vibe going

Journaling instead of posting your thoughts online

the internet needs less chaos and self serving agendas, no more arguing with blue check marks for rage bait and getting people paid who cannot stand 10 toes down on their beliefs. reverting back to writing out every single thought and belief I have inside a journal like its my mini manifesto
