If you have ever even questioned if you should delete it, you should. I have been tik tok less since I’m not sure when, guessing at most like 9 months? And I feel like I’m receiving a normal amount of information everyday rather than information overload first thing in the morning. Our brilliant, yet fragile little brains were never made to look at a screen for so long. Go outside. However, it took me about 2 years to even consistently not have tik tok. I would delete it for about two days and download it right back, but I think if you’re stubborn enough- you can do it too :)

are you even happy on that app? do you even enjoy (or remember!) what you're seeing? do you exit the app, content with how much time you've spent on it? if your answer to these are all yes, then by all means, continue to enjoy tiktok, because as long as you're happy with what you're doing, then who am I to tell you what to do? but if you're not happy on the app, if you're not enjoying your time, or remembering what you're seeing, or if you're not leaving the app feeling satisfied, then I highly recommend deleting tiktok from your devices. i deleted the app earlier this year when the ban happened and tbh? i don't miss it. the only downside i have is i don't know all of the trends that are happening, but at the same time i also feel a lot more free. consider: deleting your tiktok
good for ur brain and u can seem cool and mysterious when someone asks if youve seen the newest trend. ive been off the stuff two years… it might have permanently damaged my brain… but im free!! 🦅

On any average weekday I’d have 3 to 6 chapsticks/lip glosses in my purse. Weekends it gets up to maybe 8. and yes it’s okay if 4 of them are variously soda flavored chapsticks. That is okay ❤️

Gemini rights. For those who cannot read emoji *soft glare* Steve Lacy. 2022. Yeah, you remember where you were. God bless, the world got this album when we needed it most. I will always feel the neurons in my brain tingling when I hear the opening to Bad Habit. That’s my shit right there 🤌🤌
