it’s vapor rub for the interior, I like to use it as a preventative or, if I have a situation like this morning where I feel like crap and I sound like future on kings dead, like a cherry napalm to my throat. Ive never found help in a doctor but i have found help in chloraseptic

big ups to iota carrageenan nasal spray (Flo Travel or Betadine cold defense brands)
i’m a spoonie so it’s nothing short of miraculous that i’ve not gotten sick —no COVID, RSV, or flu— since i’ve made this a habit. i keep the spray near my door to remind me to use it before heading out and when i return home. NIH study showed a really strong efficacy at preventing* COVID, so in tandem with the vaccine and masking (on the train, at movies, shows, concerts when i’m not drinking or eating), i’m so grateful to have this in my health arsenal.

Neither — its homeopathic throat spray time. Shit will make you feel like a million bucks. I worked a conference with this shit and sang a few songs while fighting some allergy post nasal drip that made my throat angry. Get down to the co-op and get you some!
