I used to love it and I forgot about it for years until I went to my parents house where my mom was stocked up on ot. Every morning for breakfast I have a bowl of cottage cheese with a blended apple (think like fresh apple sauce) and cinnamon and go to town! Keeps me full most of the morning which is great because getting hungry right after breakfast when I am on the run is not fun
Toast or toaster waffle (I like mine with peanut butter) or a bagel and cream cheese
Grab a fruit like apple or banana or something
Could make a smoothie if you have time
Or just protein powder mixed into your liquid of choice
You could also prep something the night before if that works with your schedule
Breakfast foods are the best foods. Jams, butters, waffles, grapefruits, eggs, oh my! Yogurt spread across toast with lemon honey and salt is my new jam, uh toast topper.
I love being outside on the grass and reading a book! I get to say hi to people I know that pass by, and feel the sun warm on my skin. It’s the best :)
