On the topic of sandwiches, I'd like to share my twist on the classic pb&j, which is to add slices of CELERY (not the long way; little 'u's).
It adds a crispy crunch AND fiber AND also makes the sandwich a little taller so it feels more real. It's like ants on a log (highkey underrated snack) that people who don't like raisins can enjoy as well.
