I think screaming is good for you especially when you’re in an open space far away from people. Sometimes I try to scream in my car but I feel Iike I’m just bathing in the energetic reverberations of my screams. But I think it’s important to find somewhere to go do that sometimes.
screaming into a pillow. screaming into a towel. screaming alone in your car. screaming when the music is loud enough at a club. just scream it out. i always feel better after a good scream and it provides quick emotional relief in a non self-destructive way. just scream!
We as a society should scream more, I think we are conditioned to keep it in to not disrupt society but recently I’ve been screaming in my car whenever I hit a pot hole. Or loud whimper, or just ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Don’t need to turn on lights because I’m letting the sunlight in from the window.
Don‘t have to hurry because I don’t need to get ready for work or bed.
