Has changed my life. 1/3 cup chia seeds, ~1.25 cups of alt milk, ~2 glugs honey, pinch salt, shake of cinnamon. Recipe is more an art than a science, adjust to taste and desired consistency. Mix in container/shake up in Ball jar and leave in fridge overnight. Fiber! protein! antioxidants! Dress him up w fruit or jam :)

It only has two base ingredients which makes it super easy to make. It’s also even easier to customize since it‘s pretty plain as is. Maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, berries, granola… You can do a lot with it! Just sits overnight and then boom, it’s ready in the morning. It’s been my go-to morning snack for a few weeks now. Kind of a funky texture but if you can get over that it’s perffff

For the prep adverse - 1 cup of a liquid (i use almond milk) and 1/4 chia seeds heated on a flame for less than/about 5 mins and done done. I sweeten with date syrup...sometimes cinnamon and sometimes vanilla. This morning I added turmeric and kefir to make a lil smoothie situation. Side note..the pudding is done when its thick enough that whatever your stirring it with makes streaks. Healthy, tasty, co$t effective side step the traditional hours wait

It occurs to me... that the posts I most connect with are ones where people unfurl their weirdo habits, values, inner lives (i love the "crush" genre of pi posts), ways of living, likes, dislikes, life philosophical points of view etc. I do treasure proper recs with an object, i.e. a new record or book or 8 hour youtube video, but I find myself really moved when someone shares how they live a good life. appreciating!!

I've been on a real journey lately. You see the person across the room and you know them... and you know they know you... but you know that they aren't going to come over and say hi... do it. Take the plunge. However the approach needs to happen, make contact. Don't wait until you see them at the next networking event and say "hey were you at the taco place the other day?" It's surprisingly empowering and frankly kind of an impressive social maneuver. The reward is giddy and powerful and immediate. It makes me feel like I've broken out of the matrix.
